All other items, as noted, are made to order and can take 2-4 weeks to complete and ship out (but will usually ship sooner). If you need your jewelry sooner, please send an email to with your request before placing your order. I'll do everything I can to fulfill your order within your requested time frame.

All orders are shipped using US Postal Service Priority Mail at a flat rate of $7 per domestic order. Please contact us if you have any special shipping needs.
Our jewelry is made to order after payment has been received. 

You will receive a shipment notification email once your order ships.
You can expect your order to arrive about three days after receiving shipment notification.

International orders are shipped using US Postal Service First Class international at a flat rate of $23. It usually takes between 3 to 4 weeks for packages to arrive, depending on how long a package is held in customs. Please note that First Class international shipments cannot be tracked, and we cannot predict, nor are responsible for a package taking longer than the USPS estimated delivery time. If you would like to place an order with tracking, please contact us to make different shipping arrangements.

All items are shipped ready for gift giving inside a branded gift box. 

Our goal is for you to love your jewelry. If you are not satisfied with your order, items bought at may be returned within seven days of delivery. Before returning your item, please send an email to (with the subject line: “Attn: Return/Exchange”) with your name, the item, invoice number and the reason for your return or exchange. We will email you a return authorization with instructions for returning your piece. We can either issue a refund or exchange for another item. In the case of a refund, please note that we do not refund shipping costs. 

Please note that returned merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. We recommend shipping items with a trackable carrier as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit and to add Delivery Confirmation when possible. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. 

If your items becomes damaged withing 30 days of purchasing it through we will repair it at no cost. Please note that SOMMI is not responsible for the shipping charges incurred to get the item to us, but once is in our hands we will repair it and send it back at no cost. Please send an email to (with the subject line: “Attn: Repair”) for repair authorization.

Metals such as Sterling Silver, Bronze and Brass develop a natural patina over time due to the exposure to oxygen, moisture, and oils in the skin. You can discourage the process by keeping jewelry clean and dry in an airtight container, or you can restore the original luster on the surface using a treated polishing cloth.
